This is a wonderful, quirky commercial. I particularly like the way it was executed. Not just the vaguely Eastern European feel, but the subtlety with which the guy’s legs are shown.

A lesser director would have drawn your attention to the guy’s legs because he went to so much trouble to create them. But despite the spot’s name, that’s not the point. The point is to show someone who’s happy to go to work. That’s the promise of Monster.com.
